People stay in the EESystem for anywhere from 2 to 4 or even 6 hours. Depending on your personal situation and desired results, it is suggested you visit us several times a week at first, then as often as you can. It is strongly recommended you do a detox bath (either full body or foot) within 24 hours of being in the EES. Detox bath/soak is with Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (NOT Epsom), and may also include baking soda and/or borax.

The effects of sitting in this “charged” field are cumulative. The more you are exposed, the more your body can move toward a healthy millivolt level. Drink lots of water (as pure as possible), up to a gallon per day while utilizing the EESystem. Green Tea is also recommended as it is rich in antioxidants.

Within 24 Hours of a visit, a detox bath, skin scrub, or foot soak is highly recommended and strongly encouraged. Red light sauna helps to detox the body even more and is strongly encouraged.

To be clear, the EESystem does NOT heal you. Rather, it allows your being to revitalize so your body can heal itself. This fosters connection to your own innate healing abilities. This is what our human bodies (physical & light bodies) were designed to do. While we may have a specific intention or priority that we desire, the body has its own agenda. It will take care of what it deems the most crucial conditions first - even if those results are not obvious. Who knows what conditions may be silently manifesting within you?

The effects of relaxing in the Scalar & Photonic Energy Field are cumulative. The more time in the EESystem, the more your body moves towards health and vitality. You may find the EESystem experience peaceful and extremely relaxing from your very first visit. For some the experience is dynamic and palpable, for many there is no specific, discernible or identifiable effect and yet healing is occurring at a cellular level. The more you surrender into relaxation, the more profound the results often are. Detoxification symptoms may occur after an EESystem visit. Detoxification symptoms may include a feeling of being ungrounded, sleepiness, diffuse awareness or even foggy brain, aches may present especially at the site of old injuries, headaches (increase hydration), increase or decrease in typical appetite, increased urine output, etc. If this occurs, you can ease symptoms by increasing water intake, detox bath/soak/scrub, liver & detox herbs or supplements, and rest. Your system now has the energy to clean house and repair, so rest is important.

While there are countless reports of healing with this technology (see FaceBook groups for EES Enthusiasts & Testimonials), if you continue a lifestyle that led to dis-ease, you may not achieve rapid or expected results. A diet of healthy vegetables, fruits and clean protein sources is suggested instead of highly processed convenience foods. Dealing with emotional, workplace and relationship stresses is essential to create a beneficial internal terrain environment for optimal healing. Movement is also recommended to facilitate circulation and strengthening of the body.

Mix with a small amount water to make a thin paste. While in the shower/tub, use small scoops of mixture to scrub all over the body, especially the armpits, inside of elbows, back of knees, throat & under chin, side of face, abdomen, tops & bottoms of feet. Rinse.
